Welcome to Roomkeep. By downloading, accessing, or using Roomkeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Description of Service

Roomkeep provides AI-assisted room redesign, interior style exploration, and before/after comparison tools designed to inspire home makeovers and interior visualization.

2. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership

• Generated Makeovers: Subject to applicable law, room redesigns and concepts synthesized through your prompts and uploaded photos belong to you for personal renovation, contractor consultations, and non-commercial sharing.
• Platform IP: The application UI, brand assets, design system, code, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Roomkeep and its licensors.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that infringe upon third-party privacy, copyrights, or publicity rights, or photos taken without property owners’ authorization.
• Generate or transmit sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful imagery.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the infrastructure or services.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• In-App Purchases: Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store and Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Apple’s and Google’s standard store policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Roomkeep is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AI room redesigns are artistic simulations intended solely for visual inspiration and do not constitute architectural or structural engineering blueprints. Always consult certified contractors before structural remodeling.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of Roomkeep constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
